this has a nice shore break of 3-4ft on a v good day, average is 2ft. You can hit this spot at low or high tide. Lately at low-mid tide there are some liners off the rocks.

Access

there are two car parks, one in the middle of the golf course and the other is by the zinc works on the oxford road. its easy to get to as you just follow the trails to the beach.
