Skim Spot Characteristics

Needs a big spring high tide to make it reachable most of the time due to the slope not usually being very steap.

It can produce a big shorey with a huge sidewash hence being referred in the sponging scene as the wedge.

A spot that is getting ridden more and more in the recent year and now hosting the 4th stage of the European Skimboarding League for 2009.

Easy, either take the steps or the path down to the beach. Plenty of parking around the roads nearby in Newquay just set back from the cliff.
